Ryan currently serves within the Chief Data Office at USARPAC (U.S. Army Pacific), where he focuses on integrating AI/ML technologies to support data-driven decision-making across the Department of Defense. With nearly a decade of experience spanning roles at the Army Artificial Intelligence Integration Center (AI2C) and the Army Research Lab, Ryan brings a mission-driven and pragmatic approach to scaling advanced analytics and responsible AI deployment in high-stakes environments.
