Co-Founder and CEO
Charlotte sets the vision, mission, and strategy of the company while working to develop an executive team and service vendors to manage sales, marketing, finance, legal and human resources.
She is committed to building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as partners, regulators, media, patient advocacy groups, and industry associations. She also fosters a culture of innovation, excellence, and diversity within the company.

Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
John is the scientific and engineering expert of the company, responsible for the design, development, execution, and assembly of Asher Informatics products. He has extensive knowledge and experience in medical devices, healthcare informatics, and medical device software product development. In the past, he has contributed to innovation, definition, product management, development engineering, systems engineering, clinical science development, and regulatory strategy efforts.
His work has resulted in peer-reviewed publications, abstracts, and 40 granted US patents. He has worked across several domains throughout his career – academic/industrial R&D, hardware/software, intelligent systems/embedded devices, and business/engineering. At Asher Informatics, he will lead multidisciplinary teams of talented and opinionated engineers, scientists, and change-makers.

Chief Of Staff
Bill Barrett is a proven leader driving the expansion of the AI Quality Assurance solution suite through innovative and high-impact channel partnerships. He spearheads our collaborative discussions and partnership arrangements with Healthcare Consulting firms, large Medtech channel partners, and Academic Medical Centers and Research Institutions.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in creating and executing commercial contracts with diverse business entities. Previously, he served as Global market Director of OEM Specifications for a $25 billion public company.

Founding Partner
Laure brings deep experience in healthcare operations, process building in regulated environments, and enterprise client success management. As Founding Partner, she will work closely with the leadership team to help shape and strengthen the company’s commercial and operational frameworks that support sustainable scale, including customer engagement models and partnership development.
In her role, Laure will collaborate with company leadership to help develop an operational framework that enables effective and disciplined scale including customer engagement, partnership alignment and commercial readiness initiatives.

VP of Finance
Tamara Marie Lagac S. serves as Vice President of Finance at Asher Informatics PBC, where she oversees the company's financial strategy and operations as it scales its healthcare AI governance solutions. With extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning, she brings the fiscal discipline and insight needed to support Asher Informatics' mission of delivering AI governance tools to underserved healthcare organizations.

Chief Revenue Advisor
Aaron Sullivan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience shaped by a foundation in U.S. Army service and expanded through senior roles at Bayer, where he has consistently driven operational discipline, organizational alignment, and large‑scale execution across diverse regions. His background reflects deep expertise in leading complex, regulated environments—spanning the East Coast, Mid‑Atlantic, and international markets—which aligns directly with the governance, compliance, and risk‑management demands inherent in enterprise AI deployments. Sullivan’s combination of military‑honed rigor and corporate leadership positions him uniquely to help organizations navigate the emerging responsibilities around AI oversight, transparency, and operational accountability.
